Came upon this at the grand opening of an Ollie's Discount. It's a Sylvania Safety Band. It has a red LED attached to a light tube that runs under some kind of reflector. Will stay on constant or flash (about 1/sec.). Reflector/light tube is flexible and the band is elastic. Battery in one CR2032. Might be a good thing to keep in the car if not used for walking.
