The death of those we know, even if the relationship is through their celebrity status, is something that can effect us personally, and surely those that were close to them. In most cases, a "RIP" type posting is honorable and respectable toward them and anyone that might have been close and/or related. In some situations, the nature of their notoriety prompts comments that are not respectable, or in this case are not even of a family friendly nature.

There will be much information on the web and news sites for anyone wishing more information. We'll leave it as a simple "Marilyn Chambers RIP".
