Recently purchased from DX. Well made but flickers and goes out after 5 minutes on full power. The internal headsink does not have adequate contact with the case - gets too hot. DX told me to 'get it fixed locally'

Recently bought one of these - suprisingly well made and the light output is astonishing - really!
Only problem is that after only 1 hour use the LED lenses are starting to look white and 'hazy' and some look like they have started developing cracks. I suspect this torch will not last very long. A DX purchase
Any one elase seen this?
Recently bought 8 of these from DX. They seem to be pretty good but I suspect have a fairly high internal resistance as they get pretty warm and can only be charged at around 1 ~ 1.5 Amps
Bought from DX. Five of the 8 cells were dented/damanged. DX told me go an buy replacements locally and they might give me a discount on a future purchase. I am over DX and this is my first 'transaction' with them
