I've have my T20C2 for about two weeks now.Earlier this week I think it was on Monday I noticed that when I clicked on the light it didn't lockout!

So I'm clicking and clicking and the light would only respond with the momentary on/ momentary strobe. I unscrew the tailcap and I see that the spring is leaning off center.

I straighten the spring out, really tighten the tailcap and it would work fine. Then out of nowhere the same problem!

The spring for some reason won't stay upright, it leans like the Tower of Pisa.

Solutions?

Well I ended up disassembling the tail cap and spent a good 5-8 mins tinkering around with the parts.

Conclusion.

The light now works like it's supposed to.

sounds like sspring has come loose/disconnected from the switch somehow...
contact your place of purchase or email [email protected] and they'll probably send you another from their Washington warehouse?

let me know if you have problems - I have a few of those laying around
