Novatac switch - how difficult to swap...

I have two Novatacs and both have good switches but one is a bit stiffer and I like the tactile feedback on it better than the other one. The anodization is different between the two so I'd rather not swap the entire tailcap - but it looks like there is a retaining ring holding the switch itself into the tailcap - does anyone know how hard it is to remove the switch and swap it into a different tailcap?

Its not that hard, a normal pair of snap-ring pliers should do the job... Most of the pressure is built up by the rubber on the switch cap.
