Loose A2 Clip

The clip on one of my A2's keeps coming loose. I'll push it in against an immovable object and it'll be loose again the next day. I've never used the clip, I've always kept it in a holster. Any ideas? The clip is rubbing back and forth and leaving a scuff mark on the anodizing.

Is the black plastic filler piece still behind the clip? if not then you should contact surefire.

The plastic piece is still there. In the A2 tune-up thread it describes bending the metal clip so it's tighter, not sure if this will help as the clip is plenty tight tension-wise.

I swapped clips between my A2's and the problem stayed with the clip. I called Surefire and they're sending me a new one.
