Ministar2 extreme upgrade or Fenix LD20?

I need some advice. I have a 2AA mini mag incandescent and wondered what I should do? I want it to be way brighter and LED so should I buy the terralux ministar2 extreme upgrade for about $20 or just buy a fenix LD20 for $62. I know the fenix is brighter but it is also more. Is the ministar2 extreme really 140 lumens and how's the throw on it. Can it even come close to the fenix?

If you want to stay at a low price and want a new light, check out the Romisen RC-N3 II at shiningbeam. A few bucks more then the Terralux but has two modes, a clip, a forward clickie, and has a two part body that can be shortened to work with 1 CR123. "cpfuser" for 6% off.
