SL Polytac LED rotates?

The description of the Streamlight Polytac LED states that it "rotates for safe position". Anyone know what this actually means? My experience with lights that rotate means that they will usually be rotated to the wrong position when I need it quickly.

Rotates for safe usually means that the tailcap can be locked out so the light won't go on accidentally in a pocket or bag. It would not effect the normal operation of the light.
