Don't know about a pouch, it's so pocket friendly that I've never even considered putting it in a pouch.
I use Trustfire 16340 880mAh 3.6V Li-ion cells. Love em. :twothumbs Every couple of weeks I put the cell in the light on to charge, and switch to my #2 cell. ymmv.
