That's definitely a porcelain multipart insulator, but I don't know who made it or when. I collect mostly glass insulators, but I have a few porcelain uniparts and multiparts. Looks like yours came with the pin (the metal piece) too. That is used to hold the insolator on the pole. The wire groove (in your upside-down insulator) is that white part resting on the table, and is used to hold the power cable off the pole.
