I'm going to need a light on my AR for a class I'm taking and like using AA batteries because I have a bunch of AA Enerloop rechargeable batteries. I don't plan on running any kind of tape switch or anything. I'll just reach up with my thumb to turn it on/off when needed.
Is there any AA LED out there that'll fit my needs? As far as output goes anything 100 or so and above would probably be fine. I'd like to keep the price sub $100 if possible
The mount I'm looking to get is the VTAC mount and it says it works for lights with .8" to 1" diameter.
