Up for sale is my mint LED Surefire M6.
Never carried just turned on occasionally.
A. Tower Module II made by Katokichi, noted flashlight modder from Japan
This LED module is multifunction, including 3 light levels, and 8
more, blink, fast blink, marker, strobe, wave, hi/low, heartbeat, and SOS.
selected by push button or twist switch.
Very few of these tower modules were produced I believe only 16. For info check this link.

B. Blackhawk nylon belt holster.
C. Included are 3, MN15, HOLA, and purple base incandescent light bulbs.

what kind of output does that LED tower have?

and what is that purple base incan lamp assembly? does that allow you to install bipin incan bulbs?

Purple is probably an older version of the MN20.

See this post for drive currents, which you can use to estimate emitter lumens. The trick is whether the LED is a Seoul P4 (and which flux bin) or a Lux V XX1T bin. Also note that claimed driver input voltage is 7.4v min to 13 volts max.

Not sure of the output of tower, but the attached link should answer most questions.
Wasn't sure what the purple base light was, no markings, but is probably an older MN20 as stated by another user.
