mainly camping area. One more Q.

If I use Cree MC-E Led and connect 4 leds serially, then what voltage & current I need for the driver?

A Maximum of 700ma of current to run though all the LEDs and the total voltage varies slightly for every LED but it'll be about 14v.
Most respected drivers set the current at a "constant" and the voltage can adjust to the LEDs needs at said current

I always wanted to build a camping light but never found a great diffused host. Good Luck

Hopefully it's not buggy where you live or they are out of season, otherwise recommend Coleman dual-fuel Northstar or the propane Pinnacle. They hit the glass and are toast, makes for a more comfortable evening. Would love to donate LED lanterns to other camp sites to draw the little critters away from ours. Have fun with your project, solarforce has an interesting lantern head that may or may not work for you.
