Thinking about getting a LX2 and was wondering is there any difference between the 15 lumens of the LX2 and the A2 that is being overdriven by
two AW rcr123's. My A2 is really just right running this setup. Thanks.

LX2 beam is WAY tighter and isn't angry blue. Due the extreme difference in beam shape, it's hard to say concerning total output. I'd say the LX2 is brighter though. I've never ran my A2 on RCR123 cells though--only primaries.

I would have to say that in addition to not having near the flood of the A2 the LX2's low beam is quite a bit brighter. Compared to my E1L on high I would guess that my LX2's low beam is closer to 30-35 lumens than 15.
