Is this normal on Led Lenser L7?

Hi!

I have bought a Led Lenser L7 on sale and notice that the lens have a artifact/defect in the corner? Its seemse like the platic lens have been broken of from a bigger pice that left a defect on the lens?

Is this normal for Led Lenser? If I remember correct I have read about this somewhere else, but Im not sure.

the other day i bought 2 L7's from Masters.
one of them i noticed on the lense cap; that you could see how the plastic was moulded together.

though it's not that severe...just saying.

slightly putting me off the brand, and i was so hyped about it.

Is this normal on Led Lenser L7?
