I sleep in all dark. Like, I have my windows covered and even the door cracks taped to prevent the slightest seepage of light from the skylights in the living room. I work nights and doing so is more or less required for a good, hard sleep in the days, imo.
The challenge has become blacking out...everything...as now, light from the cell phone, air purifier, and laptop shines out. Those little green on lights actually light up the entire friggin room when youve got absolutely no other sources of light. Ive sinced taped them over with black duck tape.
So...
How many lumens are those green on lights? And how about my cellphone screen output? I have a T-Mobile Dash and when someone calls, it lights up the room. Just curious as to how these miniscule levels of brightness compare with the ultra-low settings on so many lights that many around here say are valuable. Ive never used or had a light with an ultra-low setting of 4, 9, or 14 lumens.
