I'm looking for a flashlight that runs on an AA-size Li-ion battery (ie, 14500 or 18650, 3.6-3.7V). LED would be preferred for efficiency's sake.
Basically, I want a really bright flashlight that I don't have to continually use/buy batteries for. I've had NiMH and NiCd battery-powered lights before, but they're pretty much junk (can never hold even 50% of original charge after a year's use).
A quick search on ebay shows the UltraFire CREE XP-G R5 as a popular result. Anyone have one of these or recommend another? Looking to spend about $30 but definitely not more than $50.
(Also, if anyone knows of a combo flashlight/laser pointer with above specs, I'd be especially interested).
