So.. I finally took the initiative and built a light the way i wanted it. Even more exciting was I was able to built it with the new XM-L emitter.

The light seems to be a good mix of both flood and spot, and impressively destroys my brand new Trustfire-1200 which claims to be brighter. While the 1200's spot it whiter and brighter I believe the spot of the XM-L C is 2-3x larger.

Built with an Ultrafire C2 body and a 3A 3 mode H/M/L driver. Not sure about run times yet I will work on that.

If anyone wants beam shots just tell me the cam settings and I will take a few.

All told $27 XM-L Flamethrower for my first build running salvaged 18650's I'm stoked!!!!!

Looking forward to trying my other bins that I ordered!
