Well, I'm second guessing my purchase of the Maelstrom G5. I haven't received it yet. It actually hasn't left 4Sevens. I'm considering calling and canceling the order. It appears to me that the Lumintop TD-15X exhibits both; more throw and flood from its XML emitter vs the G5's XP-G R5 emitter. Is that an accurate assesment? I like the UI control on the Maelstrom. However, this light will remain on the highest setting 99.9%
