It's been reviewed here before. I haven't bought a new SF since my last couple of L1s. On those, I put clips from the E1B Backup since I need bezel down carry in my carpenter jeans leg pocket. If there had been a two battery version then I would have bought one! Love the L1s for what they are.
So, I sold a half dozen or so lights on CPF Marketplace this week plus some knives, so I decided to treat myself.
A local gun store has them slightly below MSRP, plus they gave me 10% for asking and paying in cash. So, $185 including tax not too far from my house. Pricey for a light, but Ill carry this most days for the next couple years. Heres a night time pic of her. Ill try to post a better shot later. Even in the low light that SF two-tone anodizing is apparent! Shes all one nice color except for that tailcap! Do we have a SF true-color parts trading program?!
