About a week ago, something went awry with my ARC LS, and it just stopped working. I posted here for advice, then called ARC and sent it back to them.
Today, a brand new LS arrived with a nice letter explaining that they could not fix the old one so they were replacing it.
Kudos to ARC for curteous, prompt, and effective customer service. You've certainly locked me in as a customer.
