I have decided to buy a UltraFire WF-Ultrafire WF-502D 3W Cree FL from DX.
I wasnt able to tell from DXs website what the lumens were on this FL or what modes it had.. Anyone that would be able to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
This flashlight is powered by 2x 18650's. I want to buy 2 rechargable ones, but want to know what a good brand to buy would be.
Lastly, Im considering swapping out the drop-in.. Could someone please explain how that works and what I should expect? As far as I can gather, I'd be changing the driver and the bulb, which affects the lumens (brightness) and the different modes.. This would be a mod added down the road, but I want to start learning about it now.
P.s. The title doesn't match the thread because I found the 502d after posting.
