I have an L4 marked "Anti-Terrorism Symposium New York 2005". Somewhere (I don't remember where) I recall seeing an E1B marked for the Symposium (don't remember the year), which leads me to believe there are more of these around. The question is, what years were these symposiums, are they still going on, and are SF lights given to all the attendees or only a select few? Somewhere I remember this was put on by the UN. Also, what lights for what years exist? Anyone?
