LOL, hobbies can make a poor man out of ya'! I want a new HDS rotary to compliment my 170t clicky, one or two of the Thrunite Neutron series, and an Oveready custom from a bored 9P host with a Torchlab triple tri mode, and at least one Malkoff. I have a Nitecore IFE2 coming now. Good luck, I hope you get everything you want!

My SF collection is about done...just a few niches to fill.

E1B (Sold my first one to get a mint L6)
E2DL
Scoutlight Set-up to replace my M962 (or serve as an alternate/back-up).
Want an HDS of some form to see what all the jazz is about.
An A2Z (It'll be like a A2L and a Z2 had a baby!).
A C2-BK.
A few more older 3-Flats Centurions.

That's about it...unless the LX1 comes out. The only light I really had my eyes set on was the M3LT, and I managed to get one of those this year already. The 7Z was on my list for awhile, but then I got a 2nd 9Z that I was able to convert, so my urge for a 7Z is pretty low right now. Just looking for some old Surefires after these I guess.

HDS Rotary (it's actually on the way...order back in Jan) and probably the new JetBeam RRT0 with the new control ring.......Short list until I see something else that peaks my interest :)

Hm...
Zebralight SC600w
H51w
Thrunite Neutron 1C neutral
2 E05's as gifts
Manafront XML dropin
Seraph clone P60 host
Mac's Tri EDC neutral (Not happening, but I can hope :) )
Some sort of a Mag hotwire... maybe a ROP with 2 IMR18650's and Magring 2 in a Mac 2C?
Macs 3300L
A complete Ahorton's XML aspheric pill

Long list... probably will be getting the Manafront, clone, Thrunite 1C , a Zebralight (not sure which one yet), E05's, and just keep hoping for that Tri-EDC.

MagLite-based high-output LED thrower, 2xD/NiMH cells -- Acquired a LambdaLights 2DXML. *done*
4Sevens Quark 123 Tactical, to explore my first Quark. *done*
Quads and Triples, high output above 1000 lumens.
Reduce number of low-output single-LED drop-ins on my SolarForce L2 hosts.

Surefire G3 was in my wishlist, but I changed my mind. No more cr123a lights.
I prefer 2AA lights now, so I'm waiting for one Minimag PRO.

I really wanted an HDS, and I got the rotary so I am satisfied... for now. This year I'll be looking at 2 things.... if the lumens are good I'd like a warm/neutral HDS with 2xAA or 18650/17670 tube. The 2nd thing would be something like the TK70, tri xml that can get over 2000 lumens or something crazy, but it would have to use 18650s, no D cells. Unfortunately there will be no purchases in the near future for me.

XM-L Zebralights! For sure the SC600 or whatever they'll call it.

I'm really hoping for some more single AA and/or 14500 lights using XM-L emitters.

(1) Single XM-L driven to 1000 lumens in a small, heat-conductive package -- e.g. a copper Mac XML EDC.

(2) Triple XM-L driven to 2000+ lumens in a medium-size package. An XM-L version of the Fenix TK45 (triple XP-G) would rock.

Armytek Predator - The build quality of this piece looks to be exceptional which I think is quite extraordinary considering this is the first product from Armytek. I'm considering waiting for the updated model which I think is due out soon.

4Sevens Quark Titanium Turbo 123^2 S3 - I just really like the look of this one.

I am also planning on getting a much larger mega-lumen flashlight at some point but I have no idea what I want yet.

As for me I want to make the family of quarks larger!
AA^2 body, 123 body, 18650 body.
And after those are all had I would love an novatac 120p or a
Ra clicky. But can't bring myself to spending 200+ on a flashlight (yet).
I just think of all the others lights I could buy with that cash.
I need to invest in some li-ions and a charger.
Can anyone recommend a place and a model?
I need 14500's and 17670's
Is there a charger that does both?

AW batteries and the Pila battery charger are well regarded and I use them. I use the Pila with spacers for RCR123s and 18650s, not sure about 14500s. More information can be found in the battery subforum.

I'll probably replace all my Li-ion cells with IMR versions just for the peace of mind.

If someone makes a 1D multimode light, I'll bite.
If someone makes a 1 or 2 AAA high CRI light, I'll bite.
If someone makes a AA high CRI light, I might bite.

If someone makes an AA or 18650 sized light using supercaps/ultracaps/whatever-caps with integrated charger, I'll bite. 2D? I might bite.

All my needs are covered, so basically, I'll get something if it scratches a particular itch of mine.

Nothing. Things have got soooo boring lately. There is nothing that I desire in a flashlight that the current lights don't offer. Most of the brands take their previous two lights, throw in a new LED (which is not ground-breaking efficient), and bring out a third.
