A small CR123 XP-G mod

Hi guys, I just want to share my mod, I had a CR123 what I lost in motorbike traveler, so, I start to find something cheap and easy to mod, mine, what I lost dosent have switch in the tailcap, so, I start to find one with switch in the tailcap, I buy a lot in ebay, so I win some ebay bucks, I used in this light, shipping free

A month ago a receive some XP-G Leds and some 1.4amp drivers, so, this is what I do;

The light dosent have heatsink inside, just the Led in a small star attached to a plastic tube with a small driver, so, I decide to make a heatsink with some coins



I glued the coins with thermal epoxy two parts



Then I make two holes for the wires



I see that a small condensator stay very close to the coin, I use the dremmel to make some space



To make a good heat tranfer I glue the driver to the coins, the Led too
