I received my MPP-1 head a few days ago and was wondering about its beam profile. It seems to have a lot of cree rings compared to my Dorcy 220lm rechargable, witch is the only other "thrower" I have to compare it to.
Does anyone else's MPP-1 suffer from these cree rings, or do did I get a dud? I realize this is a thrower and these shouldn't be noticeable when using it for it's intended purpose at a distance and not wall hunting. Just curious is all.
