KX2 head on full size (3P or 6P) Body?

Hi, new guy here. Hoping this is the correct place for this question.

Does anyone know if there is an adapter that will allow a KX2 head to fit on a 3P body? Or better yet, an aftermarket body that is threaded at the top to fit a KX2, but threaded at the bottom to fit a Z59 tailcap?
