I cannot believe this is not gone yet. another one went for almost a kilobuck recently !
cannot afford this now or I would have snapped it up instantly.

Someone got a real deal on this one... The sales price seems below market to me based on others I've seen sell (and one I personally bought) in the recent past....

someone with patience might just flip this

I might be new but have seen some trades go across and
the Da Wee is one of the holy grails, and the patterns are insane
