Not sure about the sizing standards (if in fact there are any really - a few mm with an elastic o-ring shouldn't make much dif?), but check shiningbeam dot com under their accessories, they sell a variety of variety packets of o-rings (yes I said that correctly... lol).
Check your light models at the manufacturer sites like fenixgear dot com (or heck, they have tons of sites!) for some dimensions of your lights.

Kindly write the manufacturer or perhaps a stateside dealer. Offer to pay for the items and the shipping. Chances are, you'll get free orings depending on who you contact.
