LED Sandiwich mod

What would be the smallest but not to complex 1x123 mod? I'm would like to drop a sandwich into something, just not a Mag AA.

I was thinking it might be easiest to buy an ARC LSx second and upgrade the led.

Comments/suggestions?

Someone has selling an easily-openable light with his own electronics, built inside seconds-parts from Arc recently on ebay; search for "Switchable ARC LS LED flashlight"
