That 6AA light is just begging for a 5 watt mod. If my Visa bill wasnt so shocking, i'd give it a go.

I bought my Xenergy/AL-606 light and a few others from him but it was from e-bay user id GoldenSPX. I'm 95% sure it's him or the products are out the same warehouse. Fast shipping, all good experiences.

Yeah like kakster said, I can just hear that ALX-816A begging for a 5watter.

Yeah, and check out the BATTERY HOLDER on a couple of their lights...

I happen to know first-hand that it is juuuust slightly larger than a D cell, width-wise, and may not fit the ultra-precise tolerances of certain D-cell lights, although it does just fine inside this Garrity Host (I used two of'em)...
