I came across this when I was browsing the local stores' websites for new flashlights, chargers and batteries - something I occasionally *cough* do when I have a few minutes to spare.
In theory it should be the best of two worlds, but in reality I think it needs some development. It doesn't look like it's able to provide enough throw for a bicycle light.
