somone requested an adapter to run an e series head (i think he plans on using a mclux pr head in fact) on an arc body.

here are some pics of it with my arc grey pak and my e2e head. it's running an e2ebulb, but should work with anything with similar threading. nothing really cool here i guess, just thought it was kind of neat to be able to run a surefire or mclux head with a twisty pak, and not risking water resistance.

the knurling didn't come out quite perfect ( /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif ), but it isn't too bad, and very effective.

as i said above, this isn't anything really special, just kind of cool i thought. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

theres a lot of options for this configuration, though i would have peronally made an adapter to use a surefire body with an arc head /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
it's about 2.7inches, depending on whether it's on or off.

Whaddya mean nothing really cool? If it fulfills a purpose and makes a pile of chips when you make it, it's *kewl*!!

Nice threading up to that shoulder too.
