Hi Guys (& Gals!),

I thought it would be useful to have photos of VinhnGuyen54's creations and beam shots all in one place, for quick future reference.

Questions and comments should be posted in their respective threads, though, to keep the 'beam' on this one clean, tight, and focused!

Feel free to post your own!

Thanks!

Icehole

This will prove that Vinh's TN31 will out throw a 35watt Power On Board HID big spotlight at 110yds.

Can't leave these out. This is simply amazing for daytime photos.

Unless you shine a light in daylight before its hard to understand how bright that is.

Z6vn XPE2 VS XML2 VS S6330 VS X40 VS X40vn VS K40vn

Control: Underexposed compared to real life. Real life is much brighter.

Vinhnguyen54 #1 Must Have: K40vn

Zebralight S6330 6500K stock as reference:

Supbeam X40 2.5-2.7A Stock: Incredibly nasty white/purple/blue ghastly tint

X40vn 3.2A: Ahhhh Beautiful tint and throw!

XPE2 4500K Z6vn 3A VS XML2 6500K Z6vn 5.5A: The XML2 Z6vn is Twice the Amp, more heat. 1/2 the runtime, Single mode only. But quadruped the focus size! Less throw than the XPE2 which is more apparent in real life than the photo suggest, which is not too shabby for 1/2 the amp.

5.5A Z6vn XML2 4500k Dedome VS 6500K Dedome: The 6500k does in fact look noticbly brighter than the neutral in this case in real life. I usually like neutral but in this case I would prefer 6500K Dedome for my personal light.

XML2 6500K Z6vn Full Flood: Much brighter in real life! XPE2 full flood doesn't show in the photo so I didn't bother.

A few beamshots

Did a few beamshots last night with several Vinh modded lights. Had my K40vn, TN31vn, & X40vn. Also had a couple other lights I included for comparison sakes - a stock TK75 & a modded BTU. The BTU is a 6a dedomed XML2 version - modded very similar to what Vinh is doing with his BTUvn. I wanted you guys to see what a impressive light your missing since his group buy is stagnant. LED's don't get more impressive than this one.
First set 105m -

This set is on a shooting over a football field at the scoreboard. Good for showing flood vs spot.
Distance is 120m -
