Does the reflector size change the lumens output

Assuming two identical lights but one with a 2in reflector and one with a 1 in diameter reflector. Do they both put out the same lumens?

Assuming they are of equal quality, the lumen output will be pretty much the same. There are losses in every part of the system including the reflector and the lens.

The reflector usually has a bigger effect on the profile and intensity of the beam, measured in lux.

Lumens is a measure of the total available light. Emitter lumens is pretty well fixed for a given voltage input or regulation. Out the front lumens could be effected by the quality of the reflector, less loss of light thru absorption vs reflection. Larger as well as deeper reflectors can control the available lumens better and increase the intensity of the hotspot, less spill. This intensity is measured in lux or candella and directly relates to the throw of the beam.
