I stumbled across someone on IRC mentioning this website http://www.iwantoneofthose.com/ and there were quite a few LED based gadgets there. I'm not sure if someone's mentioned it before, but it's worth a visit if you've not seen it before. It's great for UK based users and they even ship to the US, but not every item is available.
