I just noticed a couple of things I thought I would share real quick.
The O-ring on the sandwich kind of serves a dual purpose. In the Minimags it retains the sandwich while changing the batteries if it is stretched over the base of the LED. As it sit on the Brinkmann I like it because it brings the optics straight down on top of the LED.
The headlamp next to the Brinkmann has simple scratch marks for the positive end of the cells so changing the batteries in the dark is not impossible. I still have two of the early EveLeds without scotchy and I have to protect these things. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
