Upgrade Emitter in HDS...

Hello guys,

Recently purchased a few High CRI lights and am very happy with the tints and quality of light. But my new lights don't have the awesome UI of my old faithful HDS 170T Legacy.

I decided I want to upgrade the emitter in my HDS (currently osram golden dragon) light to something modern and High CRI. I was wondering if someone could steer me in the right direction for a modder and what emitter I should look at? My current High CRI lights are a zebra light and a Lenslight Mini and I'm happy with both of those except for the UI.

Any help or insight you can offer would be much appreciated!

Can't go wrong with many of the modders here. One that I would recommend for this is Wayne (Vinhnguyen54). He completed an emitter swap on my 140T a year or two ago to a neutral XP-G2. Fast communication and usually very fast turnaround from the time he receives it to the time you get it back.
