Right tool to screw out led housing?

I am looking for a good tool to screw out the led housing.

There are usually two small holes around the spring that allows grip to rotate the led housing.

I was wondering if one of the tools below are good for this or if there is a better solution to do this. Thank you!

The last set of pliers should work. If you use tweezers they will bend when you start to twist.
