Depends on the bin you recieve. And how you define "blue". If you can define it in terms of the wavelength of light you expect, you'll be able to find a bin that about fits your bill. I believe, however, that the range of bins for both the HD and the LD are the same, so you're likely to find any particular color of blue in either model.
