was given a nitecore ea41 that wont turn off or change modes.what is the easiest/best way to get it fixed?i know the flashlight users here have a lot more knowledge than i do and have probably dealt with this sort of thing before.any suggestion are appreciated.THANKS

Looks like the switch connection is dead. The best way to fix it is to send it to Nitecore China(write to them and request for repair), they can fix and send it back to you.
