I got my Sylvania settlement check today for $11.70

Oh, you're talking about this 30 million dollar penalty Sylvania got handed in court a year ago for lying to consumers. Interesting that you got a check. I gave up awhile ago on getting one, but now you've restored my hope!

Yes. I too received my $11.70 refund check. As usual, in most class lawsuits, the lawyers get millions of dollars while we get next to nothing.
What is that postcard included with the check? Any reason I should send it back?

I got my $11.70 on Saturday. That ought to almost cover my coffee for a whole day. I don't understand the postcard, either, nor do I quite grasp how $11.70 was the amount arrived at. Sylvania Silverstar bulbs always cost more than that!
