I would go IMR. Double check the specs for cell length before you buy cells. From what I have seen in the YT reviews for the light its a CW XP-L HI V3. It seems a good light esp for the smaller cell size. Only thing really going against it is that it uses PWM oh and the 14500s are low capacity. Buy a pair of 14500s that you know will fit.

The T01 is a AA/14500 light. So any AA Eneloop and when it comes to 14500's they come in varying lengths. My new 840 mah Keeppowers are 55mm long and wouldnt fit the light I got it for they are to long. 51.5/52mm long is your safe bet which means any 650-750mah cell but always double check the lengths. Any Fenix, Nitecore, Olight etc 700-750mah 14500 will get you your 900 lumens out of the Manker.

I Have a White More Like Grey Color Manker T01. I don't have any 14500 Batteries, But Have The Ikea Ladda AA 2450mah Batteries They fit perfectly & So Far works Great in the flashlight Not 900 lumens but still pretty bright, I Like it a lot.

no dont have the light but learned my lesson about cell length the hard way. Now have a few new to long to fit 840mah Keeppower 14500's. They dont actually specify on the Manker site which does not help at all. The Olight 14500 did not work? Do you have an accurate way of measuring the cell? My Keeppowers were way to long for what I got it for. If you have any AA alkaline or NiMH cell measure the lengths and try to match it.

Thought I would weigh in on this. While I don't own this light personally I did meet up with Manker here in China and borrowed one of these lights for a bit. It's mainly built to be a pocket thrower. Its about 600 lumens bright and is designed to be a pocket spotlight. It will easily out throw any single AA size flashlight on the market.

I know it's kind of an old thread but I just got my T01 today. I have an xtar brand protected 14500 800mah that fit just got to tighten it down a bit.

i had this one

take a look at the end of my review, though it is in russia, pics at the end will give you some idea of T01`s light

this is a good product. but there are some cons : too cold tint, doesn`t support flattop batteries

in the rest, i`ve got only positive impression about it

and here is some live footage

Mine is the neutral white version. I am not a tint expert but the neutral white is definitely not too cold
