Post your Surefire stories of invincibility!

Mine is not nearly as bad as a lot of those out there but I dropped my G2X from a little over 2 stories while it was turned on and it smacked the ground below without even flickering. I've heard stories of SFs being dropped from 80+ feet without failing.

I also dropped my G2X (Same one as above) In a river. I was able to find it and get it out with no water entering the light at all!

What's your SF story?

Good thread BoB.

Nothing crazy here either but my tan G2x Pro must've fallen out of my truck at least 25 times onto pavement as I climbed out, then a couple times from there rolled away and fell in a storm drain.

I retired it to a dining room table shadow lighter since it starts on low. It was the first "good light" I owned after being sold on Coast products until that time.
