Vinh of sky lumen has a manker E14 on his site with the xpl hi option. On his website the ANSI lumen output is only a few lumens over 3000. Shouldn't the output of a quad XPL HI be over 4000 with a fresh 18650 battery?

Yup, some of these same things apply equally across the board but 8.4v is only 6a on the same load.
