Any one running this combo? I was interested in run time. I was thinking the light (PM6-LED, already have the light) $45 + $27 (batt) +$43 (charger)= $115...$15 more than an Arc4 second but no batt cost and maybe brighter too. And the batt might be usefull in my TT 2L and future lights as well. Any comments?

If the PM6 LED is not regulated, the combo may disappoint you. Since the light is only $45, I suspect it uses a simple resistor to limit current and hence will give a lower output from a Pila. Another reason I love regulated lights.

Let me go check the output on a Pila. Give me a minute.....

OK, here you go:

123A:
overall output: 2050
Lux at 1 meter: 1600

Pila:
Overall output: 1300
Lux at 1 meter: 940

So using Pilas you get about 63% of the throw and about 72% of the overall output of using 123As.

Don't know about runtime... Pila 168s are rated at 1400mAh, about the same as 123As, so (guessing here) probably about the same runtime but dimmer.
