Lanyard for Pelican M6 or M6 LED?

A very dark world.
Has anyone tried to attach a lanyard to either of these? (I suspect the bodies are very similar.) Is it possible to tie paracord or something around the indentation in front of the switch, or would it come off every time you changed batteries?
Any ideas?

I put a thick O-ring that fits very tightly in that indentation you're talking about (for increased grip, the knurling isn't aggresive). The O-ring doesn't come off easily.

A laynard "might" work attached to that, but I wouldn't count on it compared to other more solid attachments.

I sure do like the versatility of Lowes/Home Depot O-ring pacs. Cheap, and useful.

Hi Stainless,
The Surefire Z26 Lanyard ring fits on the Pelican M6 (see photo). The Z26 fits the SF P and C series and also the M2, M3, and M4. I haven't tried it on a G2, but I suspect it will fit.

I got mine from CPF's own jcciv (John) who's nomme de Ebay is surefireparts.

I agree, the Pelican M6 series needs a provision for lanyard attachment.
