ARC-P AAA info

Just got one in a package deal and don't know much about it (before I got interested in flashlights). Seems to be in good condition as I assume it is an older light. I did some reading but not sure when this model was produced. I know ARC is not around any longer.
It functions as expected and has a slight bluish tint.
Here it is with my Sapphires.

Arc AAA, 5 Years Lost-in-a-Cave

The Sapphire is based on the Arc AAA flashlight.

The Peak Eiger Lug has some similarities to the Arc also

The Fenix E01 started in 2008 and also has some similarities with the Arc

And now in 2018, the Fenix E01 is discontinued, and the very similar Sofirn C01 has arrived.

Years ago the Arc subforum was dissolved and the threads dispersed into the LED Flashlights subforum. There are dozens, probably hundreds, of Arc threads if you do some hunting.

Thanks all. I have been reading as much as time permits and will continue. To me, this is a piece of history and I really want to know as much as I can. I also have a couple of E01s and can see the relationship. Hopefully it will last another 20 yers.
