Fulton 991 D battery sleeve

I one of my old Fulton 991 lights came with a clear plastic sleeve and stops the 2 D cells from rattling. I know i could use some paper or tape but is there somewhere I can buy these D cell anti rattle sleeves?

You can cut a old bicycle inner tube into ranger bands and slip them over the D cells.

I cut a paper towel roll long-wise. I do not know of a source for D battery sleeves.

Maybe at one of the big box stores you can find something that works. Something like old style florescent tube protectors? Just guessing..
