Need Help on a Mod -Which would You Choose?

I would like some input from others on a mod I'll be doing.
I have a deep reflector that produces a fairly tight hot spot from the following High Dome Luxeons, so - which would you use for a 2 x CR123/DB750 for best brightness vs runtime?

Q2H
SYOJ
TWOL

Going for long runtime, I'd choose the SYOJ.

Going for a long lived bright and white, the TWOL.

Going for bright but quick burn-out, the Q2H.

Going for very long run time, I'd drop the DB to 400ma, and use the Q2H.
